Every day I meet great people who change my life. It was behind the chair that I met my wife, Krista. I get to to touch people's lives. I believe it is my responsibility as a leader to shape the next generation of hairdressers — to meet and mentor excited, aspiring individuals who will become the leaders of tomorrow in my industry".
When you ask Philippe what is the first thing he notices about a client, his answer is simple, "Everything! I scan from head to toe — hair, makeup, jewelry, shoes. Doing so gives me an idea right away of style and presence".
