Color appointments must be booked by phone so that we can book the proper appointment and length of time for you.
Payment & Gratuities
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we are unable provide cash back on credit card charges. Gratuities are not included, but are always welcome and can be paid by cash or Venmo. We cannot add gratuity to credit card charges.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Credit Card Required: A credit card is needed to book any appointment.
Cancellation Notice: To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made by phone, online or text through our automated text confirmation system by the close of business the day before your appointment. This ensures we have time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. For Tuesday appointments, call us by Saturday at 5:00 PM. Because of spam settings we ask that cancellations not made via e-mail.

Late Cancellations & No Shows: If you cancel same day or miss your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services.

Credit Card Storage: We securely keep credit card information on file for all current clients to enforce this policy.
Service Corrections
If you’re not satisfied with your hair service, let us know within 7 days. We’re happy to make corrections, but no refunds will be given.
Product Return Policy
You can return or exchange unopened shampoo, conditioner, and styling products within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for brushes, makeup, or skincare products.
